1、摘要城市群作为城市的集合体，在参与区域或国际竞争中发挥的作用越来越大，其所具有的整体竞争力是单个城市无法比拟的。河北省冀中南地区正处于经济高速增长和城市化快速发展时期，城市群将成为这一地域发展的主要形态，对该城市群的研究也渐成焦点。本文回顾了城市群发展演变和空间结构研究理论，结合河北省环省会城市群的发展历史和发展条件，综合运用城市地理学、区域经济地理学、城市经济学等学科的理论，采取定性分析和定量分析相结合的方法，并建立相应的数学模型和指标体系，对环省会城市群进行了全面、系统、深入的分析，对城市群内14个城市的

2、城市综合发展水平以及4个中心城市的辐射强度进行了综合评价。在此基础上，结合环省会城市群的空间布局现状和发展趋势，确定环省会城市群为处于雏形阶段的中型城市群，经济发展正处于由要素驱动向投资驱动阶段升级转化的关键时期，并提出了城市群的空间结构应采取“一核两区、一主两副”的轴带式发展构想。文章的最后针对坏省会城市群当前的发展机制和存在的问题，提出了相应的对策和建议。关键词：城市群环省会河北省城市体系AbstractAstheaggregatesofcities，urbanagglomerationsaleexert
