1、中文摘要抗日战争时期，中共中央和陕甘宁边区政府在实行抗日民族统一战线政策的同时，也实行了对国内外一切抗日力量和进步人士的开放政策，以期让延安面向全国和世界，让全国和世界了解延安和边区。‘由此吸引了大批中外人士来到延安和陕甘宁边区访问、考察，他们在延安和边区的亲历、亲见、亲闻的体会和观感，击破了国民党顽固派和日本侵略者对抗日民主根据地的污蔑的不实之词，向国内外传播了中国共产党的方针、政策，以及边区军民的抗战业绩和政治、经济、文化建设的成就，有的写成报道、书籍、文章，形成了颇有见地的“延安观’’，他们认为：中国共产党将是中国命运的主宰；陕甘宁边区政府是未来取
