1、摘要摘要拖欠农民工工资不仅严重侵害了农民工的合法权益,而且也影响了社会的稳定、和谐发展。但是拖欠农民工工资问题是由来己久,并有复杂的社会因素。探究建筑业拖欠农民工工资问题的根源,从而寻求解决问题的有效方法。对于恢复建筑市场诚信,保持社会稳定,促进建筑业乃至国民经济健康发展都具有重要意义。论文主要研究了如下内容:1、分析了建筑业农民工工资拖欠的现状、特征及类型。2、分析了建筑业拖欠农民工工资的原因及社会危害。政府项目拖欠工程款、建设单位建设资金不足、施工单位恶意拖欠再加上农民工打工行为不规范、法律
2、保障意识不强以及法律体制的不完善等都是导致农民工工资被拖欠的因素。3、从各种约束机制上阐述了解决建筑业拖欠农民工工资的对策。清欠己拖欠的工资并不是我们的主要和最终目的,防止新的拖欠,提高农民工的素质,充分开发和利用农民工的潜能,真正保障农民工的合法权益,改变社会的二元格局,促进整个社会健康、和谐的发展才是最终目标。关键词:农民工工资拖欠保障机制IAbstractAbstractDefaultssalaryisnotonlyseverelyinfringingthelawfulrightsofth
