1、摘要传统的货币政策中介目标主要是在利率和货币供给量之间进行选择，但是20世纪70年代末不断发展起来的金融创新、金融自由化趋势改变了传统货币政策中介目标的相关性、可控性和可测性，使得各国货币当局纷纷寻找适合本国国情的j￡它经济变量，因此，20世纪90年代各国的货币政策中介目标显现出了多样性的特点。本文对加权统计的货币量、利率、通货膨胀、汇率、价格水平作为货币政策中介目标的理论逐一作了分析，结论是通货膨胀目标是货币政策中介目标的一般形式，而其它中介目标只是在某种环境下的特殊形式。因此，对于发达的金融市场来说通货膨胀E

3、标策略最具生命力。本文指出美国的货币政策实质是通货膨胀目标策略(而非～般理论所说的利率目标策略)，其监控多个中介指标以获得通货膨胀目标策略中对通货膨胀预测的评估，这实际上就是以通货膨胀预测为中介目标的政策策略。目前我国受到金融创新的冲击较少，通过实证分析表明货币供给量作为我国的货币政策中介目标基本可行，但是从长期来看，我国必然面临西方国家现在的境遇，因此及早地为今后的货币政策中介目标作一些理论研究工作很有必要，通货膨胀目标策略很可能是我国未来货币政策中介目标的发展方向。关键词通货膨胀目标，货币政策规则，货币供给量目
