1、湖南农业大学硕士学位论文城市土地集约利用评价研究——以长沙市为例姓名：王小伟申请学位级别：硕士专业：土地资源管理指导教师：朱红梅20070601城市土地集约利用评价研究一以长沙市为例摘要开展城市土地集约利用评价，定量地了解城市土地集约利用的现状及存在的主要问题，找出提高城市土地利用效率的对策方法，有利于城市土地资源优化配置和合理利用，促进城市由外延扩展向外延扩展与内涵挖潜相结合的方向转化。本文深入探讨了开展城市土地集约利用评价的目的和意义、研究内容、研究方法和技术路线，详细介绍了城市土地集约利用基本特性、形式和与相关概念的关系，分析

2、了城市土地集约利用评价的原则、理论依据和层次分析法、德尔菲法、综合评分法的基本原理。在介绍长沙市概况及城市土地利用状况的基础上，采用目标法与因果法相结合的方法确定了4个准则层、15个要素层、31个指标的评价指标体系，并运用层次分析法和德尔菲法确定各评价指标的权重。在对评价指标进行无量纲化处理后，运用综合评分法评定出长沙市2000—2004年的土地集约利用分值为O．625、O．629、O．690、0．688、O．708，处于基本集约利用状态，集约利用化水平呈曲线上升趋势。笔者在详细分析评价结果的基础上，提出了城市土地利用相关投入不足、
