3、stmaterialformakingphotocell,BluesemiconductorlaserandLED,madeofZnSe,arewidelyavailableforspecialapplications。1.Thinfilmsofconstructedwithaluminumhydroxidenanosheetswerepreparedonaluminumfoil.XRDresultsshowedthatthesamplesweremainly6.AIOOH.Thefilmswer
4、ebuiltupwithaluminumhydroxidenano—sheets,whichhavethicknessofabout30hm.1engthof300—400rlnq,andwidthof100.200nm.Theinfluenceofvariousexperimentalparametersonthemorphologyofaluminumhydroxidellano-sheetshasbeeninvestigated,includingtheconcentrationofhexa
5、methylenetetramine(HMT),theadditionofsurfactantCTAB,theratioofN,N-dimethylformamide.(DMF)towaterinthesolvent,andthereactiontime。Thealuminumhydroxidenano.sheetsbecamethinnerwhentheconcentrationofDMFwasincreased,andaluminumhydroxideflower-likenano.sheet
6、sassemblieswouldappearonAIfoilathigherconcentrationofHMT.Aluminumhydroxidenano-platesorllano—sheetswouldbecomethickerwhenCTABwasaddedinthesystem.2.ZnSemicrocrystalthinfilmsweresynthesizedonzincfoilthroughhydrothermalmethod.Theexperimentalresultsshowed
7、thatrodlikemicrocrystalswereobtainedinthemixedsolventofEGandwater(1:l,v/v).WhennoEGwasaddedinthesolvent,ZnSenanopartMesweredepositedonZnfoil.TheZnSenanoparticleswouldaggregateintohollowspheresinthepresenceofhigherconcentrationofCTAB.Thesampleswerechar
