4、l干、肾功熊的生纯指标舞蔫;器、瞥、蒡奉缓织中静MDA含豢升离,SOD活性降低;嚣手、膝缝织中的MPO活性增熬;囊滂NO、TNF.程浓度升麓;盘清NO与MDA食量变他呈难相关。出莨菪碱可缓解肠缺血再灌注对肠外器官的损伤,减少MDA的生成,增强SOD的清除能、/力,降低MPO活性,抑制NO、TNF.a浓度升籀。y结论:肠缺血再灌注可导致肠外多器官损伤,可能与肠道细菌、内蒜素移位激活单核.巨噬细胞系统
