3、gABSTRACTSimplerenalcystisakindofbenignrenaldisease．Itsmaintreatmentmethodsincludedaspirationandsclerotherapy,laparoscopyandopensu玛eryinthisstudy．Thiswastoassessthehighefficacyoftreatmentofsimplerenalcystwith95％ethylalcoholinjectedintothecyst．34patients，withasimplerenalcyst，weretreatedwithultr

4、asound—guidedaspiration．Amaximumof100mlof95％sterileethylalcoholwasinjectedintothecystandaspiratedafter5minutesfollowedby5ml95％ethylalcoholinjectedintothecysttopreventinfectionandthatwereusedasantiseptic．Thenthepatientwasallowedtomove．Theprocedurewasperformedunderlocalanesthesia，andnopatientswe

5、rehospitalized．and“1weretreatedasoutpatient，ThereWaSnocorrelationbetweenthesizeofthecystandintensityofpain．Aspirationandsclerotherapywith95％ethylalcoholwereperformedsuccessfullyinall34patientswithasimplerenalcyst．Mildtolerablepainwasnoticedduringprocedureofaspirationandsclerotherapyinfewpatien

6、ts．Thispaindisappearedinminuteswithoutthepatientsreceivinganysedation，So，mostprobably,itwasduetoanxiety．Aspirationandselerotherapyusing95％ethylalcoholforsimplerenalcystissimple，fastandsafe．Itisveryeffectiveatthesametime．Itisinexpensiveifcomparedtolaparoscopyoropensurgery．Thepatientdoesnotrequi

7、rehospitalizationandheorshecarlreturntonormalactivityimmediately．Sotherearenocomplicationsforthistypeofmanagementandtreatment．Weproposesclerotherapywith95％ethylalcoholastheprimarytreatmentofsimplerenalcyst．Thetreatmentcanbereceivedinout
