4、markeddistressandinterferencewithsocialorrolefunctioningChildrenmaypresentwitheitherobsessionsorcompulsions(mosthaveboth)Inyouth,thetypesofsymptoms,canchangerapidlyDSM-IVcriteriaforOCDOCDbehaviorscanoccurinachildwithoutmeetingcriteriaforOCDDSM-IVspecifiedOCDsymptomsmustcausedistress,beingtime-
