1、面向研修生·技能实习生的研修·技能实习指南手册财团法人国际研修协力机构前言外国人研修·技能实习制度是接收来自各国的青壮年劳动者至日本,通过学习日本产业·职业方面的技术·技能,以有助于自身职业生活的改善和各派出国的产业·企业的发展为目的而设立的制度。为了达到此目的,不仅日本的接收单位和各国的派出单位,而且实际从事研修·技能实习工作的研修生·技能实习生也必须充分理解本制度,按照本制度采取行动,这一点很重要。换言之,研修生·技能实习生在诚实地进行研修·技能实习、努力掌握所需技能的同时,有必要了解入管法令·劳动法令等法律所赋予并得到保护的合法权利。但是,一部分
2、研修生·技能实习生不理解本制度的宗旨、仅以确保收入为目的进入我国,其结果,对学习技术·技能·知识不够热心,更极端的例子,有的人甚至放弃学习、为了获取更高的收入从接收单位失踪造成非法就业。另外,也有研修生·技能实习生因不知道被赋予的有关合法权利保护和咨询支援等方面的详细知识或者常识,导致研修津贴和工资的未支付·疾病·受伤等有损研修生·技能实习生自身利益的情况发生。因此,为了通过合理、顺利地实施本制度,取得培养国际性人材的成果,财团法人国际研修协力机构(JITCO)站在支援·指导研修生·技能实习生、接收单位、派出单位的立场上,面向研修生·技能实习生制定了研
