1、中国农业科学2004,37(5):751-755ScientiaAgriculturaSinica蜂花粉蜂胶对肉鸡生产性能及免疫性能的影响曾志将，刘三凤，潘坷，吴红翔，汤凯洁(江西农业大学动物科学技术学院，南昌330045)摘要:用蜂花粉、蜂胶作为饲料添加剂饲喂肉鸡，试验共分5组。复合蜂花粉蜂胶按不同比例分为人和B组，A组蜂花粉与蜂胶比例为5:1;B组蜂花粉与蜂胶比例为2.5:1;C组为单独蜂花粉组;D组为单独蜂胶组;E组为空白对照组。定期测定各组鸡的生产性能和免疫性能指标。结果表明，第6周龄末，A,B,C,。各试验组比对照E组的平均增重分别提高6.89%,9.29%,
2、0.77%和2.03%;整个试验阶段以A组的饲料转化率高，比对照组节约饲料3.28%;A,B,C,。各试验组的屠宰率、胸肌率、半净膛率和全净膛率与对照组相比都差异不显著(P>0.05),A,B,C组的腿比率都显著高于对照组(P<0.05);第3周龄时各试验组血清中的总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白和球蛋白/白蛋白等指标与对照组都差异不显著(P>0.05)，第6周龄时血清中的总蛋白、球蛋白均以D组最高，与对照组相比都差异显著(P<0.05);第3周龄时C,D组的胸腺指数与对照组相比都差异显著(尸<0.05)，第6周龄时法氏囊指数和胸腺指数都以B组最高，分别比对照组提高22.77%和
