1、摘要论文题目:基于改进多种群遗传算法的中压配电网规划研究学科:电力电子与电力传动作者:吴海峰签名:导师:余健明教授签名:答辩日期:2005.3摘要中压配电网规划是根据变电站的容量及用户的负荷容量,设计最佳的网络结构在电源供电能力的前提下给用户提供长期稳定并能满足用户需求的电能。中压配电网规划涉及变电站容载量、线路铺设与否、线路的辐射状、网络损耗、负荷可靠供电等约束,是一个非线性整数规划问题。故用传统的数学优化算法,难以解决多目标、多约束问题。本文提出改进多种群遗传算法,用多种群(父、子、精华种群)解决多目标的优化问题,父、子种群引入自适应算子,并且父、子种群以一定频度进行信息交换、精华种群保
2、存最优个体,各个种群协同进化,实现全局寻优;提出辐射状网架的修复方案;采用层次分析法将规划人员模糊权重算子精确化;将多电源纳入配电网规划,更贴近现实大城市的电网规划问题;将以上提出的改进算法和方案应用于中压配电网规划,实现全局寻优。根据上述算法编制了基于C++的计算程序,通过IEEE多电源的典型算例和国内单电源的典型算例,验证了本文算法的正确性和有效性。关键词:中压配电网,配电网规划,多种群遗传算法,辐射状网络修复,多电源规划AbstractTITLE:THERESEARCHOFMEDIUM-VOLTAGEDISTRIBUTIONNETWORKPLANNINGBASEDONTHEIMPROV
