1、吉林省高等职业院校学生素质教育现状及对策的研究中文摘要重视高职学生素质教育，把他们培养成社会所需要的全面发展的合格人才，是新时期高职院校学生素质教育面临的重要课题。论文通过调查问卷法、访谈法等方法对吉林省高职院校学生的道德素质、人文素质、心理素质、身体素质进行了调查研究。吉林省高职院校学生素质、素质教育存在的问题是：在思想道德素质方面，部分学生政治信仰淡漠、政治热情缺乏；在知识和能力素质方面，忽视实用的知识和技能，学习的刻苦精神消差；在身体素质方面，学生近视眼Lt',侈lJ高；在心理素质方面，不少学生缺乏抗挫折的能力、意志比较薄弱，而且缺乏竞争意识，缺乏危机意识

2、。高等职业院校学生素质存在问题的原因是多方面的，有社会、学校、家庭的因素，也有学生自身的原因，其中教育观念、教育模式、教育内容的陈旧，以及大学生自我培养意识的缺乏是主要原因。针对问题的成因，作者进行了对策的研究，加强思想道德教育，帮助学生形成公德心，增强对工作的责任感；改革人文课程设置和课时，提高学生的文化修养、理论修养；加强心理健康教育的范围，引导他们学会心理调节，学会自我完善，逐步培养健康的心理品质；培养高品质的教师对伍，加强师德建设：加强对体育的重视，使学生获得终身体育和终身受益的能力储备等错施来提高学生的素质。关键词：素质教育，素质，高职学生AResea
