1、桥梁建设2013年第43卷第1期(总第218期)BridgeConstruction,Vo1.43,No.1,2013(TotallyNo.218)9文章编号:1003—4722(2013)01—0009—06合福铁路铜陵长江大桥3号墩沉井精确着床控制技术覃勇刚,涂满明,王东辉(中铁大桥局股份有限公司设计分公司,湖北武汉430050)摘要:合福铁路铜陵长江大桥主桥为主跨630m的三索面钢桁梁斜拉桥,其北桥塔3号墩采用圆端形沉井基础,沉井着床采用“二次定位、注水快速着床”的方案。为使沉井精确着床,采用MIDAS2006有限元软件建立沉井和拉缆系统空间模型,模拟沉井着床过程,分
2、析沉井着床过程中的偏移及拉缆索力变化规律,确定定位时沉井底与河床的距离为2m。为减小冲刷、河床平面土质分布不均、波浪和涡激振动等对沉井精确着床的影响,分别采取了注水快速着床、绞锚纠偏回位、增加沉井边锚数量、增加边锚刚度、增加沉井质量或阻尼等措施。关键词:斜拉桥;基础;沉井;控制;桥梁施工中图分类号:U448.27;U443.131文献标志码:AControlTechniqueforAccurateLandingofCaissonofPierNo.3ofTonglingChangjiangRiverBridge0nHefei-FuzhouRailwayontoRiverbed
