1、聚乳酸的合成及其纤维制造摘要本文详细研究了丙交酯的制备方法,探索了脱水温度、脱水时间、解聚温度、催化剂用量及种类对丙交酯产率的影响;寻找出适合的溶剂对丙交酯进行提纯;最后以精制的丙交酯为原料,研究了反应温度、时间、催化剂用量对丙交酯聚合所得聚乳酸分子量的影响。得出最佳的合成条件和工艺过程;催化剂为辛酸亚锡、催化剂用量为1%、脱水温度为120℃、脱水时间为4h、裂化温度为240℃。并以丙交酯为原料得出最佳的合成条件:反应温度180℃、反应时间24h、催化剂为辛酸亚锡、催化剂用量0.1%、抗氧化剂用量0.21%。文章还对进口切片对聚乳酸的熔融纺丝工艺和聚乳
