1、山西医科大学硕士学位论文苯妥英钠对缺血再灌注脑损伤保护作用的实验研究姓名:马春潮申请学位级别:硕士专业:神经病学指导教师:成学恭;李光来2003.5.20山西医科大学2003硕士研究生毕业论文苯妥英钠对缺血再灌注脑损伤保护作用的实验研究摘要目的:进一步探讨苯妥英钠对缺血再灌注脑损伤保护作用的机制,进一步拓展临床应用。方法:采用夹闭大鼠双侧颈总动脉的急性前脑缺血再灌注模型,40只雄性Wistar大鼠,随机分组:A组假手术组、B组生理盐水对照组、C组苯妥英钠给药组(15mg/kg组)、D组苯妥英钠给药组(30mg/kg组)。观察脑组织超微结构的改变,脑组织ATP酶活性、脑细
