2、torNGF)和免疫因子白介素.6(intedoukin.6IL-6)以及它们是否受雄激素调节,本实验对3—4个月雄性大鼠、睾丸切除大鼠和睾丸切除后睾酮替代大鼠心内神经节细胞的AR和ARmRNA、NGF和IL一6的免疫反应性进行研究。旧果显示:1.大鼠心内神经节存在AR蛋白和ARmRNA,睾丸切除后AR蛋白和ARmRNA的反应性降低,睾酮替代后又恢复正常,睾丸切除组与正常对照组和睾酮替代组相比较有显著性差异(p<0.05)。2.雌、雄大鼠心内神经节均存在NGF,并受雄激素调节,睾丸切除后NGF的免疫反应性明显降低,睾酮替
