1、湖北大学硕士学位论文补充不同剂量支链氨基酸对小鼠运动能力影响的实验研究姓名:夏志申请学位级别:硕士专业:运动人体科学指导教师:陈元武20070501摘要目的:研究补充不同剂量支链氨基酸对力竭游泳小鼠脑组织5.羟色胺与5.羟吲哚乙酸含量以及血氨浓度的影响,以探讨支链氨基酸抗运动性中枢疲劳功能。方法:采用健康雄性昆明小鼠28只,实验分为四组,即安静对照组(C)、安慰剂对照组(T)、支链氨基酸小剂量补充组(TBl)和大剂量补充组(TB2),各组适应性饲养1周,然后T、TBl和TB2组进行游泳训练2周,每天1h,于最后一天训练完毕并休息3h后进行力竭游泳实验。BCAA的补充采用生理盐水配
