1、东北农业大学硕士学位论文果寡糖对江村黄鸡作用机理的研究姓名:冯自科申请学位级别:硕士专业:动物营养与饲料科学指导教师:单安山2003.5.1摘要本试验从生长性能、内分泌、免疫和盲肠微生态四个方面研究了果寡糖(FOS)列O~6周江村黄鸡的影响。试验选择初始条件一致的1日龄江村黄鸡公雏96羽,随机分成4个处理,每处理4个重复,每重复6羽。四个处理分别在玉米一豆粕型基础饲粮的基础上添加0%FOS、0.09%FOS、0.15%FOS或75mg/kg金霉素,其它条件一致。,/在第6周周末,每处理随机取8羽,。th,脏采血后处死,采集所需样品,进行分析。研究结果表明,果寡糖对0-6周江村黄
2、鸡全期生长性能无明显影响(P>O.05),但能显著提高前4周的生长性能,其中以0.15%FOS的添加量为佳。研究结果证明,o.09%FOS和0.15%FOS对42日江村黄鸡血清T3水平无影响(P>O.05):0.09%FOS有降低血清T4(P>005)和IGF。I(P>0,05)趋势,而T3/T4比值(P>O.05)和GH(P>O05)有所升高;0.15%FOS同样也降低血清T。(P0.05)和IGF.I(P<001)均不同程度提高。综合生长性能和内分泌指标,认为生长激素(GH)和胰岛素样生长因子.I(IGF.I)不与江村
