1、山东中医药大学硕士学位论文增损双解散防治温病气分证发热的实验研究姓名：宋素花申请学位级别：硕士专业：中医临床基础指导教师：董锡玑2003.4.20提要目的：温热毒邪是温热性温病发病的重要因素，阳热火毒内郁，气机升降失常为其基本病机。增损双解散具有清热解毒，调畅气机的作用，正是治疗“温病表里大热”的重要方剂。本课题从动物实验方面对增损双解散防治温热病气分发热的作用机理及其优势进行了初步探讨，以期对临床有所裨益。方法：在中医传统理论的指导下，结合现代医学理论知识和手段，用肺炎双球菌制造家兔温病气分证发热模型，将增损双解散组作为实验组，并设立双解
