1、兰州医学院硕士学位论文活性氧对草酸钙肾结石形成作用的临床实验研究姓名:田俊强申请学位级别:硕士专业:外科学(泌尿外)指导教师:王志平;段建敏2003.5.1兰卅f医学院颤f?学位论文活性氧对草酸钙肾结石形成作用的临床实验研究摘要目的观察肾结石患者自由基和脂质过氧化以及尿晶体成份的状况,探讨其临床意义。方法用分光光度法检测了48例肾结石患者(NL)和40例健康志愿者(tfVT)血浆中的超氧化物歧化酶(P--SOD)、总抗氧化能力(P一1一AOC)、乳酸脱氢酶(P--LDH)、黄嘌呤氧化酶(P--XOD)、红细胞
2、谷胱甘肽过氧物酶(E--GSH—Px)、红细胞过氧化氢酶(E--CAT)的活力,血浆中丙二醛(P--MDA)的含量,尿液中丙二醛(U--MDA)的含量、乳酸脱氢酶(U—LDH)的活力。以及尿晶体成份(钙、镁、柠檬酸、草酸、尿酸)的24小时排出量。结果与HVT组上述各A:V比较,NL组p--SOD、E-GSH—Px、E--CAT、P—T—AOC的AV均显著下降(pH<0.01),p--XOD、P—MDA、U—MDA、U—LDH均显著增高(p<0.01),但p--LDH无显著性差异(p>o.05)。两个年龄组问P
