1、内蒙古农业大学硕士学位论文酵母培养物对绵羊瘤胃发酵与生产性能的影响姓名:那日苏申请学位级别:硕士专业:动物营养与饲料科学指导教师:敖长金;桂荣2003.5.1摘要本研究用酵母(聃)菌种,采取菌种液体培养一固体发酵的方法制备酵母培养物,活菌数达到3X109个/g。产生水解酶类及酶活分别为,B一1,4葡聚糖酶(cx酶):2517,60Utg;总纤维素酶:170.49U/g;半纤维素酶(其中的木聚糖酶)2092.69u/g:中性蛋白酶:20、5.13u/g。不同培养基中CP提高13.30%~18.54%,总氨基酸提高8.57%~11.69%。j、乒4——进行了酵母培养物对放牧补饲绵羊
2、瘤胃发酵及生产性能影响的对比实验,按10g/<只’d)添加连续饲喂30天,提高日增重11.1%(P>0.05)。提高干物质消化率:显著提高粗蛋白质消化率达26.97%(P<0.05);NDF、ADF、半纤维素消化率分别提高4.58%、7.26%、2.86%。显著降低饲喂后瘤胃内氨态氮的含量(P<0.05)。促进挥发性脂肪酸的生成,提高总挥发性脂肪酸量和乙酸/丙酸比值。提高饲喂后原虫数。提高绵羊血清氨基酸量和血清总蛋白量。稳定瘤胃pH值。关键词:酵母培养物;绵羊;瘤胃;放牧补饲;生产性能、ABstractYeast(JM)anditSculturewerestudied.Yeas
