4、nnovationparadigm,constructsandanalyzesthesynergyinnovationparadigm,andanalyzestheinfluencesbetweenhostcountries’macroenvironmentandthemechanismofStateGrid’ssynergyinnovationfromthefourdimen-sionsofpolitical,social,economicandtechnologicalenvironment.Theconclusionshowsthatt

5、heinnovationpatternofStateGridhasgonethroughthreestages:technologicalinnovationdrive,managementinnovationinsettingandinnovationsynergyconstruction,andeachstageshowsdifferencesintheinnovationparadigmandstrategicintentions.Exploitationandexplorationin-novation,marketinginnova
