1、郑州航空工业管理学院内容摘要农村信用社是农村金融体系的重要组成部分，是农村金融体制改革的客观要求，是农村经济可持续发展的客观需求。但伴随着我国新农村建设的不断深入以及农村经济的持续发展，作为主力军的农村信用社却未能跟上时代发展的步伐。因此在进一步的农村金融深化改革中，特别是在新型城镇化建设过程中，农村信用社怎样充分发挥其职能作用，怎样在改革中解决制约农信社发展的自身问题，以及怎样转换农信社的经营机制，打造现代流程银行，实现自身的可持续发展和满足新型城镇化建设要求是当前迫切需要解决的难题。本课题首先从我国农村

2、金融入手，对农村金融存在的问题进行剖析。其次通过对农村信用社的基本概念和发展历程进行介绍，重点分析了我国农村信用社目前的改革现状及现存的主要问题。然后在借鉴外国发达国家农村合作金融发展经验基础上，探讨我国农信社的内部管理、体系建设以及将来的发展模式。最后以横县农村信用合作社联合社为例，通过对横县农信社运行的内部矛盾进行系统深入的分析，具体探索农信社体制改革的不足和创新的路径。关键字农村信用社；农村金融；金融改革；可持续发展2626郑州航空工业管理学院DevelopmentIssuesofChina'sRur
