1、提要目的：观察电针治疗肾虚型黄素化未破裂卵泡综合征(1uteinizedunruDturefoiliclesyndrome，LUFS)的疗效，并探讨其作用机理。方法：将60例LUFS患者随机分为治疗组(30例，74个周期)和对照组(30例，86个周期)。观察患者治疗前后临床症状、体征改善情况及彩色多普勒超声下卵泡的排出情况和卵巢动脉血流、生殖内分泌水平等方面的变化，对比两组排卵率、周期排卵率、妊娠率、周期妊．，娠率，并探讨其作用机理＼／结果：l治疗组能有效地改善患者的临床症状，与对照组＼比较差异有显著性(P
