2、minesthefinalshapeofauto-glass,andthetemperingstagehasimportanteffectonthetemperingintensity.Thereforeitisnecessarytodeeplystudythestagesoftheformingprocessofautomotiveglass.Anexperimentalandtheoreticalresearchonthedeformationandstresswereperformedinthepaper.Experimentally,
3、thespecificheatofrawautomotiveglasswiththetemperaturedecreasingwasmeasuredwiththedifferentialscanningcalorimeter(DSC).Thethermalexpansionwasmeasuredwiththequartzexpansionapparatus.Onthebasisoftestresults,thedifferenceofthespecificheatbetweenincreasinganddecreasingtemperatur
4、ewasdiscussed,andthemathematicalmodelofspecificheatwasproposed.Alsotherelationshipbetweenthermalexpansionandtemperaturewasanalyzed,whichprovidedthebasicdataforhotbend-formingprocessofautomotiveglass.Basedontheviscoelasticlargedeformationtheory,bend-formingwasstudiedtheoreti
5、cally.Basedonthe3Dtransientheatconductionandthermal-structurecoupledtheory,themathematicalmodelsoftemperingstageweresetup.Numericalsimulationofbothhot-bendingandtemperingprocesswereinvestigatedwiththehelpofcomputertechnologyandFiniteElementMethod.Thedeformation,spring-backa
6、ndstressdistributionoftheformingprocesscanbeacquired.Integratednumericalsimulationofanactualautomotiveglassformingwascompleted.Thesimulationresultwascomparedwiththeexperimentalandactualdatum,anditcanbeconcludedthatthesimulationprecisionwasacceptableandreliable.Finally,combi
