5、,gender,age,educationandtenureleadtodifferencesinemployee’sperceptionsofwork-relatedattributes.(2)Examiningtherelationshipbetweenoverallsatisfactionandturnoverintent.TheresearchstartsfromtheinterviewwiththeemployeesinheadquartersofXpublishingGroupanditstwe
6、ntysubordinatecompanies,Thejobandorganizationrelatedfactorsthatmayinfluencetheemployeesatisfactionaresummedup.Thenquestionnairesarehandedoutto384employeesinXPublishingCorporationand326useablequestionnairesarereceivedresultinginan85percentresponserate.Thequ
7、estionnairedesignedwiththereferencetoMSQ(MinnesotaSatisfactionQuestionnaire)etcandrevisedafterthereliabilityandvaliditytestisdesignedwithafive-pointLikertscaletomeasuretherespondentperceptionsconcerning9factorsthatmayinfluencethelevelofjobsatisfaction.Ther
