1、湖南师范大学硕士学位论文成就“灰领”——高职院校灰领人才培养研究姓名：江群翔申请学位级别：硕士专业：职业技术教育学指导教师：雷小波20050301摘要本课题的研究目的是，在当前我国灰领人才严重缺乏，而灰领人才在我国社会经济中发挥着重要作用的情况下，针对高职院校培养的人才与灰领人才标准的差距及高职院校在灰领人才培养中存在的种种问题，探索出有利于灰领人才培养的高职改革之路，以期对高职办学发挥指导作用。本课题认为，“灰领”是在制造业和创意产业从业的具备较高的理论知识、工作过程知识和实践知识，较强的实际操作能力、现场管理能力及创新思

2、维能力的高级技术型人才。培养灰领人才，对于社会的发展、高职教育的发展及高职学生个人的发展都存在必要性和可能性。目前我国高职教育培养的人才在知识结构、能力结构等方面与灰领人才的标准存在差距。纵观整个高职院校灰领人才的培养，无论在人才培养目标定位、专业设置、课程改革，还是师资队伍和实训基地的建设等方面都存在诸多问题。本课题认为，校企合作是培养灰领的理想途径。高职要通过校企合作这个理想途径培养出合格的灰领，就必须进行改革：树立“以人为本”的教育理念；从专业设置、课程体系、教学设计、师资及实训基地建设等方面进行教学改革；增加对高职的
