2、性和紧迫性，并结合农业改革及农业电子商务在国内外的发展状况，提出广西发展农业电子商务的意—_c，■!，一义。在进一步分析广西农业电子商务发展现状的基础上，不盲目照搬国外的模式，而是通过思考及深入社会现场调查，尤其是借鉴了广西食糖中心批发市场的成功发展经验，找到广西发展农业电子商务的思路和突破口，从而提出一个适合广西区情的发展战略。该战略中，笔者对发展广西农业电子商务提出了二条途径及三个发展阶段，不仅对一些落后地区从可行性出发，依据现有发展条件，找出适应其发展阶段的具体实施办法；而且还注意用发展的眼光看待问题，充分挖掘广西发展农业电子商务的潜力。最后对该战略实施时
