3、ses．TheapplicationbasedonMapXtremeandvectordatamodelinOraclespatialdatabaseisdiscussed．ItstudiesthestorageandmanagementofspatialdatainOracledatabase．Andwetakethetechnologyoffuzzyquerybasedonstringmatchintorealitywhichassociatedwithattributeinformationofspatialda

4、tabaseinGIS．Inthisdissertation，theconception，characteristicsandsignificanceofXi’anTrafficInformationManagementWebGISSystemaimedattherealrequireofreal—lifetrafficisintroduced．WiththeanalysisofWebGISmodel，itrealizedthebalanceofpayloadandseamlesslyconnection．Traffi

5、cInformationManagementWebGISsystemofShaanxiprovinceisestablishedwiththetechnologyofThinClient／FatServerWebGISmodel．TheSystemprovidesdynamicandcomprehensibletrafficinformationthroughanalyzingthespatialdataandtakestheresulttothemanagerinordertomakethedecision．Shor
