1、中文摘要银行保险业务介于银行业和保险业之间。从全球范围来看，主要经历了代理销售、战略联盟、股权渗透、专业化四个阶段。随着经济全球化和自由化的发展，银行保险业务在中国也有了一定程度的发展，但是受到我国金融分业经营、分业监管体制的影响，我国银行保险业务还主要处在发展的初级阶段，主要是以代理销售模式展开，以及金融控股公司模式等一些更高级的银行保险业务在金融分业的制度框架下逐步发展。但是在发展的过程中面临着一些问题，法律监管方面并不完善。本文通过对现有文献资料的整合，从法律监管的角度出发，通过对我国银行保险业务法律监管现状的梳理，指出我国银行保险业务法律监管方

2、面存在的问题，如监管法律层次低、规范的只是银行代理保险业务、监管效率低下等，并借鉴国外相关的成熟经验提出一些完善我国银行保险业务法律监管方面的建议。具体包括对法律监管制度的完善和监管机制的健全，以期为我国银行保险业务法律监管体系的完善出一份薄力，维护我国银行保险业务长期、稳定发展。关键词：银行保险业务；法律监管；金融控股公司黑龙江大学硕士学位论文AbstractBancassuranceasanintermediarybusinessbetweenbankingandinsuranceindustries．Globally,mainlythrought
