1、东北大学硕士学位论文炭阳极生产工艺优化的研究姓名:杨国俊申请学位级别:硕士专业:冶金工程指导教师:姚广春20030701东北大学硕士学位论文摘要对环式焙烧炉进行了结构优化,加宽了火道,缩窄了装料箱的结构尺寸,用圆形金属外壳的连通火道代替长方形耐火砖连通火道,减小了烟气在火道内的流通阻力,降低了连通火道内的蓄热,增加了装料箱内的传热效果。引进瑞士公司的燃烧控制系统。通过炉型优化和燃烧自控技术的应用,火道及料箱内的温度分布得更加均匀,提高了炭阳极质量,降低了能耗。采用改进的干法净化系统,并结合先进的火道燃烧技术,焙烧烟气中的有害物质,如焦油、氟化物、粉尘、硫等含量大幅度降低,达到国家《工业炉窖大
