1、四川师范大学硕士学位论文抗战时期四川兵器工业述论姓名：张旭东申请学位级别：硕士专业：中国近现代史指导教师：邓绍辉20120425抗战时期四川兵器工业述论中国近现代史专业研究生：张旭东指导教师：邓绍辉摘要：抗战爆发前后，我国兵器工业的精华陆续内迁四川。四川一时成为抗战大后方的兵工生产中心。在内迁的过程中，国民政府兵工署对其下属的兵工厂进行了政策、专业、人员调整，提高了兵工生产的专业化水平。四川各兵工厂在实际生产过程中，大力改进生产工艺、改良产品质量、研究生产进口原材料替代品，改善了产品质量，提高了原材料利用率。同时，又在不断完善管理机构和管理制度的基础上，

2、建立了技工学校，培养技术工人，实行一定的福利待遇等。以上措施的实行，稳定了人心，提高了工人的技术水平和劳动效率，促进了战时四川兵工生产的发展。本文利用现查阅档案文献资料，通过对抗战时期四JJ1．-兵工生产中心地位的形成、兵器工业的科技进步、兵工厂的内部管理等问题进行了分析研究，以探究这一时期四川兵工企业的管理体制、生产概况、人员培养等运行特点及影响作用。关键字：兵器工业抗战时期四JlIStudyofSichuanweaponsindustryduringtheWarofResistanceAgainstJapanSpeciality：ChineseMon
