1、江南大学硕士学位论文木薯原料酒精制造环形工艺的研究姓名:张成明申请学位级别:硕士专业:发酵工程指导教师:毛忠贵;张建华20080601摘要采用沼液回用工艺可以避免酒精蒸馏废液进行生物处理后的二次污染,并可以节约大量的水资源。在厌氧生物处理过程中产出的沼气可以用作燃料,降低了酒精生产过程中的能量投入。在革除了好氧生物处理部分后,酒精蒸馏废液的处理成本大幅下降,从而节约了酒精的生产成本。本文研究了把沼液作为生产用水回用时,对糖化、液化及发酵过程的影响,发现其并没有抑制作用。以沼液做配料水得到的完全糖化液
2、为底物测定酵母的生长曲线,平衡期酵母数量达到1.24x108个/ml,比自来水做配料水的对照样的1.01x108个/ml多22.8%。在相同的发酵条件下,沼液样的残总糖和残还原糖分别为1.97%和0.32%,自来水样的残总糖和残还原糖为3.78%和2.07%,前者比后者的残糖分别降低了50.8%和84.5%,表现出很强的促进作用。糖化酶分两次加入时,最终的残还原糖和残总糖含量均高于一次性加入糖化酶的对照样。添加尿素对发酵有明显的促进作用,发酵速率明显加快。随着尿素添加量的增加不同配料水间发酵速率的差
