2、设刚刚起步，缺乏适用于移动学习的学习资源。开发、设计适用于不同需求移动学习者的移动学习资源是移动学习的首要前提。随着移动互联网的不断发展，移动用户渴望得到像网络教学平台上一样丰富的内容。做为E—learning的一种扩展，支持移动学习的网络教学平台是网络教育发展的必然趋势，而网络教学平台支持移动学习的技术研究必将成为热点。本文通过对移动学习设备的特性的分析，对E—Learning学习管理系统进行了扩展，研究设计了网络教学平台支持移动学习的通用框架，提出了一种基于标记分类的多级层次转化模型，通过将HTML数据到wML数
