2、iumstatebecauseoftheinfluenceofendogenouselementsandexogenouselements,andtheindividualmoodwillreturntoitsstablestate，evenestablishanewequilibriumstatebecauseoftheinfluenceofthebody'sregulativeandadaptivemechanismanditsrelativelystablepersonalitytraits.Theamplitude,velocityandfrequencyoftheindividu
3、almooddeparturefromequilibriumvariesbecauseofindividualdifferencesinstablepersonalitytraitsandphysiologicalparameters.Undertheguidanceofthedynamicequilibriummodel,westudiedthemaintoneofthemood(includingbothpositivemoodandnegativemood)ofthejuvenilesmainlyinjuniorschools,highschoolsandcolleges,andde
4、velopmentcharacteristicsofmood-relatedafectintensity,metalresilience,theusageincognitivereappraisalandexpressionsuppressionregulationstrategy.Withtheunderstandingofthemaintoneinmoodofthejuveniles,wetrackedthemfor28consecutivedays.Usingthemethodofspectralanalysisindynamicsystemtheory,westudiedthech
5、aracteristicsoftheamplitude,frequencyandtheperiodofthefluctuationoftheirmood.Wealsostudiedthefluctuatingrulesanddevelopmentcharacteristicsoftheirmoodinaday,aweekoramonth.Onthebasis,wealsostudiedtherelationamongthepersonalitytraits,themaintoneofmoodandthecharacteristicsofthefluctuationoftheirmood.I
6、nordertoteamtheinfluenceofregulatingstrategiesonthefluctuationoftheirmoodofthejuveniles,weemployedbothsubjectivereportsandphysiologicalrecords,wesimulatedgenuinesituationwithemotioninducedsoftwaremadebyourselvesinthelab,studiedtheinfluenceofcognitivereappraisalandstrategyofexpressionsuppressiononm
7、oodofthejuveniles,whilestudyingtheregulatinginfluenceofparasympathetic、theequilibriumofsympatheticandparasympatheticwiththeindexofRSAorHF,LF/HF.Asaresult,wefoundthatthemaintoneinmoodofthejuvenilestendstobemorepos
