2、-picolinc,2-methyl-5一ethylpyridineandquinoline.Thesynthesismethodsarcknownas:liquid—phasedirectoxidationusingHN03and112S04,ammoxidationandoxidationofquinoline.Disadvantagesofaboveprocessesincludepollution,lowproductivity,complexityofprocessstepsandhighexpenseonequipmen

3、ts.Withtherapiddevelopmentofpharmaceuticalandchemicalindustry,thedemandfornicotinicacidincreasesquicklyButtheexistedmethodshaven’tsatisfiedthemarketneeds.Definedbythebackwardtechnology,’ofcountryandtheincreasingpressureonenvironmentalprotection,itisurgenttodevelopnew,e

4、nvironmenlcompatiblesynthesismeanswithlowcapitalinvestment.So,weexperimentedonthissubjectandhadachievedsomepositiveresults.Thethesisconsiststwoparts:SynthesisofNicotinicacidthroughgas—phaseoxidationof3-picoline;SynthesisofNicotinicacidthroughliquid—phaseoxidationof3-·p

5、icoline.Forthegas-phaseoxidationof3-picoline,themaincontentsare:ComparingtheperformanceofcatalystswithdifferentTi02crystalform,anataseisbetter;DesigningandpreparingdifferentV20s/Ti02catalyst,andselectingabetteronebytheyieldofnicotinicacidandthroughcharacterization.Byco

6、mparingandanalyzingalargeamountofexperimentalresults,weconcludedabetterreactionconditionasfollows:(1)anatase’Fi02isthebestcarrierforthecatalyst.(2)whentheV205一containing7Fi02一supposedcatalystwithCr203aspromoterhasa25:74:l(wt)composition,ithasbetterperformance.(3)theoxi
