3、cholesStockOptionsPricingModelarecorrect.Wewilldiscusstheoptimalrepricingschemeunderthreesituations,oneisthattheboardofthecompanyconsidersrepricingwhenthepricedeclinesstraightly;thesecondisatthebeginningofstocklife,theboardpromisestorepriceundersomeconditionsatacertaincomingtim
4、e;thethirdiswhensomeconditionhappensatanuncertaincomingtime,theboardpromisestorepricetheESO.Thecompanyconsidersthreerepricingschemes(namelyishigher,equaltoorlowerthanthepriceattherepricingtime)throughEqual-Value-Exchangeoptionrepricingapproach.Foreachscheme,theexecutivehashisow
5、naction,retaininginthecompanyorleavingittotheeffectiveexecutivemarkettoearnhisaveragevalue.Forthisprocess,wewillcontributeatwopeople,notcooperative,completeinformation,dynamicalgameframe.Weconsiderexecutivevaluecalculatedwithcertain-equal-valueapproachasexecutives’effectivefunc
