1、陕西关中农村婴幼儿智力运动发育水平与影响因素分析作者：徐曼，刘小红，杜亚梅，杨永华，李正浩【摘要】目的调查陕西关中农村婴幼儿智力运动发育水平状况及影响因素。方法按照整群抽样原则随机抽取陕西关中地区10个县区，共计430名健康婴幼儿。采用贝利婴幼儿发展量表(BSID)测评智力发展指数(MDI)和运动发展指数(PDI)。结果家庭经济收入与MDI随着月龄的增加相关性逐渐增强，呈中等程度正相关(r=0.044～0.502)；上臂围与MDI随着月龄的增加相关性增强，呈弱正相关(r=0.078～0.383)。家庭

2、经济收入与PDI随月龄的增加相关性逐渐增强(r=0.040～0.499)；上臂围与PDI在11月前呈正相关(r=0.028～0.239)，而在11月后随月龄的增加渐呈中等强度的负相关(r=-0.023～-0.379)。母亲文化程度不同的婴幼儿间MDI差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)，而PDI差异无统计学意义；家庭类型不同的婴幼儿之间MDI差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，而PDI差异无统计学意义。结论陕西关中农村婴幼儿智力及精神运动发展状况总体良好。家庭经济收入、母亲文化程度、上臂围、联合
