3、inagriculturalinformationmanagement，andtoresearchthetrendofthesaurusinthewebage，thisdissertationresearchtheconstructionwayofontology,andtheconversionwayfromthesaurus．Basedontheintroductionofontologytheory,theauthorusesKAON，theconstructionandmaintalnancetoolofontology,designedandcompletedth

4、efirstChinesefoodsafetyontologyprototype．ThisdissertationpresentsthemethodsusedtobuildafoodsafetyontologyprototypeinChinese．First，itdescribestheuseoftheKannSuiteoftoolstocreatetheontology．Second，itdescribestheselectionoftypicalfoodsafetypapersfromtheweb，fromwhich58termswithinthefoodsafetyd

5、omainwereextractedtocreatethefoodsafetycoreontology．Third，aboutathousandtermsfromtheChineseagriculturalThesaurusweleselectedandthenincorporatedprogrammaticallyintothefoodsafetyontologyusingJava；additionalfoodsafetyconceptsfromtheThesaurusweremanuallyadded．Fourth，thecoleandthesaurusontology

6、werecombined．Acorpusof60documentsonfoodsafetywascollected，andmergedintoasinglefile．Thefilecontained160thousandChinesecharacters．Theassociatedtermsweresortedbyfrequency，andthehi曲一frequencytermsaddedtotheontology．Thefinalworkinvolvedrevisionandmaintenance．Usingthismethodology,aChineseFoodSaf
