1、中南大学硕士学位论文量子点用作光敏剂在肿瘤光动学疗法应用中的体外研究姓名:李琨申请学位级别:硕士专业:生物医学工程指导教师:潘一峰20070401硕士学位论文中文摘要有很强的杀伤、破坏作用,这种效应在一定的光能量范围内,与量子点本身的浓度相关。而单用量子点或光处理,均不对细胞造成显著杀伤。丫啶橙染色结果显示,经PDT处理的Bel7402细胞出现了凋亡小体。流式细胞仪测定凋亡细胞百分数结果显示,随着PDT处理后时间的增长,凋亡细胞百分数逐渐增加。结论:量子点是一种毒性较小,很有前景的光敏剂,可望应用于肿瘤光动力治疗。关键词量子点,肿
