3、tionsystem,basedontherequirementofthegrindingprocess.Atthesametime,anewannulartolerancezonemethodtodetectworkpiecesisproposedbasedonpointgrindingcharacteristics,theprincipleofdetectionsystem,otherpeoples’experimentsandreal-timehighspeedsampling.Thismethodsolvedtheproblemofblurrededge.(2)Preproce
4、ssandanalyzetheimage,includingimagefiltering,imagebinarization,edgedetectionandsoon.Theimageedgepositioningaccuracyhaslargehaslargeinfluenceonthewholedetectionsystemaccuracy.Anewmethodofimageedgedetectionusingtraditionaloperatorsandgraymomentoperatorisproposedbasedontraditionalmethods.(3)Thecame
