1、中药对模拟失重大鼠骨骼-肌肉系统干预的初步研究作者:周鹏 胡素敏 佟海英 傅骞 杨佳 高学敏 张建军【摘要】:目的研究中药复方对3周模拟失重大鼠一般状况及骨骼-肌肉系统改变的干预作用,初步观察在模拟失重情况下,复方对钙剂(牡蛎醋酸水解物)的协同作用。方法雄性Wistar大鼠30只,随机分为空白组、模型组、中药组,3组皆于悬吊笼单独饲养,空白组始终自由活动,模型组、中药组适应饲养1周后,尾部悬吊3周模拟失重。中药组每日灌胃给予中药复方水煎剂,空白组、模型组每日给予等量牡蛎醋酸水解物水溶液。观察中药复方对模拟失重大鼠体重、腓肠肌和比目鱼肌重量和指数,以及股骨重量
2、、长度、密度、力学强度、无机质及有机质含量的影响。结果在3周模拟失重的中后期,模型组体重显著下降(P<0.01);模拟失重3周后,后肢肌肉重量与指数显著下降(P<0.01),股骨湿重、干重、有机质重、无机质重、骨密度、力学强度均显著降低(P<0.01);中药组体重较模型组显著提高(P<0.01),腓肠肌、比目鱼肌重量显著提高(P<0.01或0.05),骨密度及成分含量显著提高(P<0.01或0.05),骨力学强度有改善趋势。结论中药复方可显著改善3周模拟失重所造成的大鼠一般状况和骨骼-肌肉系统改变;单纯补充钙剂不足以对抗模
