1、尾部悬吊3周及中药干预对模拟失重大鼠全身骨密度的影响作者:傅骞,胡素敏,周鹏,杨佳佳,李瑾,佟海英【摘要】目的观察3周尾部悬吊模拟失重对大鼠不同部位骨的骨密度(BMD)的影响,并探讨中药复方对其干预作用。方法2月龄雄性Wistar大鼠,按体重随机分为3组:空白组、模型组、中药组。中药组全程给予中药复方(含刺五加、熟地黄、牛膝、牡蛎等)水煎剂灌胃,空白组和模型组则仅给予与中药组等量、等形式的牡蛎(均以等量醋酸水解);自第2周始,模型组和中药组均以尾部悬吊模拟失重3周。第4周末大鼠被处死后,分别测量其7个不同部位
2、骨的BMD,其中头盖骨和第二胸椎用浮力法测量,第四腰椎、肱骨、股骨、桡尺骨和胫骨用双能X线骨密度仪测量。结果与空白组相比,模型组头盖骨BMD显著增加(P<0.05),胸椎、桡尺骨、肱骨无变化(P>0.05),腰椎、股骨、胫骨BMD显著下降(P<0.05,P<0.01);与模型组比较,中药组腰椎、股骨、肱骨BMD显著提高(P<0.05,P<0.01),同时胫骨BMD有提高趋势,而头盖骨、桡尺骨、胸椎无变化(P>0.05)。结论3周尾吊模拟失重大鼠全身BMD变化呈现特定趋
