1、中药复方对模拟失重大鼠骨丢失的影响作者:佟海英,胡素敏,高学敏,周鹏,傅骞,杨佳【摘要】目的观察中药复方对尾部悬吊模拟失重大鼠骨密度(BMD)、骨生物力学强度及组织形态计量学的影响。方法50只Wistar大鼠按随机区组实验设计法分成正常对照组、模型组及悬吊中药低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组,每组10只,实验周期21d。实验结束后,取右侧股骨和第4腰椎,用双能X线骨密度仪测量股骨、腰椎BMD;三点弯曲实验法及腰椎压缩实验法分别测定股骨和腰椎生物力学指标;取第3腰椎,制作不脱钙切片测量骨形态计量学指标。结果与正常对照组相比,模型组
2、大鼠股骨、腰椎BMD明显降低(P<0.05),股骨最大载荷、弹性载荷、最大挠度、弹性挠度明显降低(P<0.05);腰椎最大载荷、弹性载荷明显降低(P<0.05);腰椎骨小梁体积百分比、骨小梁形成表面百分比、活性生成表面百分比、骨小梁矿化率明显降低(P<0.05)。与模型组相比,中药中剂量组可明显增加模拟失重大鼠股骨BMD和腰椎最大载荷、弹性载荷和腰椎骨小梁体积百分比、骨小梁形成表面百分比、活性生成表面百分比、骨小梁矿化率(P<0.05)。结论中药复方能促进骨的形成和矿化过程,增加BMD以及增强骨力学强度,从而达到防治骨丢失的
