3、tisusetoidentifyapersonfromother．Atbeginningofthisarticle，thebackground，development，researchfieldandapproachesofgaitrecognitiontechnologyareintroduced．Thenanovelapproachtogaitanalysisandrecognitionisproposed．First，theGaborfiltersareappliedtothegaitimagesSOasthege

4、ometryparametersCanbeextracted．Next，betweenreferencedgaitimagesandtestimagesaweighteddynamictemplatematchingprocessisdonebasedonasetofcharacteristicgaitfeaturesinordertoclassifyeachperson’sgaitpattern．SomeintuitionisticfeatureofgaitCanbeusedtoclassifythedifferent
