2、theirsurvivalandcontinuousdevelopment.CulturebuildingbecomesanimportantjobforHRdepartment.Withthechangeofbusinessenvironment,innovationalcultureasanewcultureisbecomingmoreandmoreimportant.Especially,ourcountryisadvocatingbuildingupaninnovationalcountry;manycompanieshavebeeninvol
3、vedinmanaginginnovationalculture.Howeverthereisnotanyempiricallyconclusion,whichisabouttheeffectbetweeninnovationalcultureandenterpriseperformancebasedondomesticdata.AnditisevenhardertofindthesestudieswithChinesesetting.Asaresult,duetothelackoftheoreticalindications,itisextremel
4、ydifficultfororganizationstobuildaninnovationalculture,orenhancetheirperformancebyimplementingculture.Therefore,onthebasisofexistingliteratures,thisstudytriestobuildamodelofhowinnovationalculturewouldaffectenterpriseperformance.Thepurposeofbuildingthismodelistodiscovertheinfluen
5、tialmechanismofinnovationalcultureonenterpriseperformance.Baseonintegratingandanalyzingthepreviousresearchaboutinnovationalculture,thisresearchselectedtheorganizationallearningandorganizationalinnovationasamediatingvariableofinnovationalcultureandenterpriseperformance.Afteranaly
6、zingtherelationshipamongthevariables,weproposedthehypothesisandbuiltthehypotheticmodel.Thengatheringdatafrom36companies,weadoptedAMO7.0tobuildSEMandtestthehypotheticmodel,finallymodifythemodel.Theconclusionsofthisstudyinclude:throughthesystem-oriented,openminded,technologyinnova
