5、atingmechanisms．Furthermore，wecomeupwithspecificmotivatingplansforthepersonnelondifferentlevelsintheresearchinganddevelopingorganizationsatvariousdevelopingstages．Onthebasisofprevioustwoparts，WeintroducethemotivatingmechanismofResearchingandDevelopingCenterofCOBY(Shenzhen)，pointoutitsproblems，andsug
