3、calInformationService)systemandthenimportsanewconcept-CITISsystemforpublicconstructionprojectsfromtheviewpointofavirtualteamconcept，ThethesismainlydiscusseshowtOestablishtheVirtualTeam-orientedConstructionCITISSystem．InordertoestablishtheconstructionCITISmodel，thepaperanalyzesthedifferencesamongthe

4、VirtualTeam-orientedConstructionCITISSystem,themanufacturingindustryCITISandPMIS(projectmanagementinformationsystem)，thebasicarchitecture，standardizeddatamodelingandsecuritysystemoftheconstructionCITISsystem．TheCITISsystemsuggestedherehasbeenappliedtolocalbranchesoftheKoreaMOCT(MinistryofConstructi

5、onandTransportation)andiscurrentlyinuse．FieldevaluationhasfoundthattheKoreanconstructionCITISstilllackstollaborativeworkspacedespiteitsgoodresultsOnfieldtests．ThelessonslearnedfromfieldevaluationandUSersurveyareprovidedtoadvancethecurrentCITIStowardfullyintegratedcollaborativevirtualteam．Finally,th
