8、出新的更高要求的挑战。以市场经济充分发展为特征的现代社会化生产的发展反映在物流领域，表现为商品的大进大出和快进快出。为满足商业销售、企业生产、家庭消费，主城区内分布着各种货运业务受理点，货运车辆需要高频率地进出主城区，保障物资供应和废物清理，并因此导致诸多的城市问题：主城区交通负担日益加重、城市生态环境不断恶化、货物装卸对人行道甚至交通主干道的占用、空气污染
